A Personal Protection Dog is the most effective and safest form of security for you, your home, and your family. Highly trained Personal Protection Dogs, or “PPD’s”, are confident enough to decide when a stranger is a threat, yet willing to accept someone that you deem as safe. They will selfessly defend you from a potential threat, all while being a safe, loving member of the family.

At Redwood Krest, we specialize in the finest quality Executive Personal Protection Dogs. We customize each Personal Protection Dog to your exact specifications so that you are able to utilize them to their fullest potential.  All of our dogs are imported from Europe (Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands) from only the best bloodlines in the business.

Redwood Krest trainers personally check and test every dog that is considered for our program. Only dogs that have been determined to possess the correct temperament and mental capacity to be successful personal protection canines will be imported to our facility to begin their training. THE HOME DELIVERY PROCESS

Our home delivery team will come to your home to introduce each family member to their new Personal Protection Dog, and spend time with each of them individually. It is very important that everyone is properly introduced and understand how the dog is trained.

We will practice obedience work, so the family is familiar with all of the commands in order to utilize their protector to the fullest potential. We will then bring the dog into the house and show him/her all of the rooms. The dog bed will be put into place and during the evening, we will make sure the dog knows their place in the new house. The following days are spent with practical training: riding in the car, bringing the dog places such as the groomer, veterinarian, the mall, busy streets, the park, and any other common places the owner typically visits.

We will work with your family to develop a safety plan for your household, and practice how to use your Personal Protection Dog during bite work sessions. In the event of a break in or security threat, you will know how to handle your dog properly and efficiently. When the home delivery process is complete, our team will fly back home leaving behind a perfectly trained dog handled by his new owners. Our delivery team can and will extend their stay if the new owners feel they are not 100% ready yet to handle the dog in every situation.
